myBPW is a one-stop customer portal to monitor your water and electric meter usage, access your utility bills, and update your communication preferences.

Starting November 20, 2025, you can set up your account using your last bill. We’ve made it easy to use your old account number (shown on your most recent bill) to look up your new account when registering.

Note: If you previously had an Invoice Cloud account, you can use your existing credentials to access your myBPW account.

What is myBPW?

myBPW is an online platform where you can view your electric and water usage, pay your bill, and manage your account information all in one place.

How do I sign up?

You can access your account at my.zeelandbpw.com. You’ll need your account number and the total from your most recent bill to get started. Note: If you previously had an Invoice Cloud account, you can use your existing credentials to log in to your new myBPW account.

Is there a cost to the myBPW portal?

No, Zeeland BPW provides this service free of charge for all customers.

I am enrolled in auto-pay, will my payments continue to automatically process?

Yes. All auto-pay settings will transfer to the new portal. If you are currently enrolled in auto-pay using a debit or credit card, that means you are already enrolled in our previous online portal—so you will already have an account in the new portal. You can continue using your same login credentials—no need to create a new account.

ACH auto-pay will also transfer. If you set up ACH payments through our previous online portal, your login credentials will carry over. If you signed up for ACH auto-pay in person at our office, your payments will still process, but you’ll need to create an online account if you’d like to view your usage or manage your account online.

What can I do in the myBPW platform?

With the portal, you can:

  • View real-time and historical electric and water usage
  • Pay your bill online
  • Set up auto-pay or paperless billing
  • Receive important alerts or notifications
  • Update your contact information
  • Let us know if you’re moving in or out and need to transfer service

Can I still receive a paper bill if I sign up for the portal?

Yes. Signing up for the portal does not automatically enroll you in paperless billing. You can choose your billing preferences in your account settings.

Is the portal secure?

Yes. myBPW uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and payment information.

Can I access the portal on my smartphone or tablet?

Yes. myBPW is mobile-friendly and can be accessed via any device with internet access. Some features may also be available through an app, if applicable.

What if I forget my password?

You can easily reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and following the instructions.

Will I receive notifications or alerts through myBPW?

Yes. You can opt-in to receive usage alerts, outage notifications, and important account updates via email or text.
